Topical Collection

A topical collection in Microfluidics and Nanofluidics, entitled “Advances in Rarefied and Non-Equilibrium Gas Microflows”, edited by the chairs of NEGF26, will be open from December 15, 2025, to December 31, 2026. This collection will cover all conference topics related to micro- and nano-scale internal flows.

Authors of NEGF26 are encouraged to extend their abstracts into full papers and submit them to the journal. Once accepted, papers will be published immediately and made available online. Authors may choose between open-access publishing (free of charge if the corresponding author’s institution has an agreement with Springer, or otherwise subject to an article processing charge, APC) and subscription-based publishing (no APC). Both options will be offered after acceptance.
