Instructions for Presenters

Please check the conference website regularly for the latest version of the program.

Presenters are kindly requested to be in the lecture room 30 minutes before the beginning of their session (before the first session of the day, or during the coffee break or lunch preceding the other sessions). Presentations should be uploaded to the conference computer using a USB stick. The computer is equipped with PowerPoint (Microsoft 365) and Adobe Acrobat. A student assistant will be available for technical support.

Session chairpersons are requested to be present in the room 15 minutes before the start of the session in order to address any final arrangements and meet the presenters.

• Regular presentations

Each regular presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total, including 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion. As the schedule is tight, presenters are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated time.

• Keynote lectures

Each keynote lecture is allocated 45 minutes in total, including 35 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.
